Colleagues you like to have around you: online conceptors, web designers, frontend/backend developers, project managers ... Very different people who are professionally strong and pleasant to be around. So it's always nice to see each other in the offices, the kitchen, on the balcony or in the spacious garden of our art nouveau villa.
Shared time in the office is important, but basically you can arrange your working hours as you wish. You can work from home, in the office or on the road - so that you can optimally combine work, family and free time!
Whether it's time with the family, hiking or skiing in the Black Forest - your overtime will be offset 1:1 with free time.
We never have to work much on the atmosphere, but we are constantly working on our know-how: with internal and external workshops, training courses and visits to trade fairs and conferences, we keep pace with the rapid digital development.
And what else speaks for kultwerk: the Freiburg Cathedral, the lange Rote, the Bächle, the Gässle, the Black Forest, the SC ... but admittedly, we didn't develop that.
